The Movie Rating Game

In TMRG, players take turns guessing what they think the average rating of a movie is.

Each round, one player will be the Critic.
They will guess what they think the average rating of a movie is from 1.0 to 10.
The other players will then guess whether they think the actual rating is higher or lower.

If a player correctly guesses higher/lower they earn 1 point, otherwise the Critic earns it,

If the Critic correctly guesses the actual rating, then they earn 5 points, and everybody else 0!
